Use electron beam sterilization, SAL=10-6, to ensure no DNase/RNase, no pyrogen, no endotoxin;

The conical culture flask (shaking flask for short) is an ideal choice for medium configuration, mixing and storage. It is mainly used for culturing cytoplasm with high oxygen requirements, and can also be used for culturing bacteria, fungi, animal and plant cells in suspension.
